Apple Cake - Apfel Kuchen

I tried out a new recipe, turned out pretty good (there are apples hidden under the whip cream). It was a little bit on the mushy side so I will need to adjust the recipe the next time but we will have it again for sure.

Ich hab ein neues Kuchen Rezept ausprobiert, war nicht schlecht zumindest geschmacklich. Der Kuchen war ein wenig "Batzigen" aber sonst recht gut. Muss das Teigrezept ein wenig veraendern fuers naechste mal.
