African Lion Safari

Wow, what an awesome day, we saw so many beautiful animals up close in the safety of our car. We let the monkeys loose in the car after we went through the big gates so they could see the animals better - they loved it. We went through twice and the best spots were the Lions and of course the Monkeys!

Wahnsinn, was fuer ein toller Tag, wir sahen so viele schoene Tiere ganz nahe in der Sicherheit unseres eigenen Autos. Wir haben sogar die Affenbande im Auto aus den Sitzen gelassen damit sie alles besser sehen konnten - schon alleine das war ja grund zur Aufregung und dann die ganzen tollen Tiere. Wir sind dann zwei mal durchgefahren und am beliebtesten waren die Loewen und natuerlich die Affen!

Baboons are next - the kids tried already their own monkey sounds to better communicate with them.

Wer hat die Kokosnuss, wer hat die Kokosnuss, wer hat die Kokosnuss geklaut, die ganze Affenbande bruellt. Die Paviane waren als naechstes drann, die verrueckte Affenbande im Auto hat dann gleich schnell nochmal ihre Affenrufe ausprobiert damit es dann auch mit der Verstaendigung besser klappt.

We also watched the Bird of Prey, Parrot and Elephant show.

Wir haben uns auch die Raubvogel, Papageien und Elefanten Show angeguckt.

Twice a Day the Elephants get to swim in a big pond, they love it and it was so neat to watch them dive and swim around.

Zwei mal am Tag haben die Elefanten Schwimm Stunde im grossen Teich - wahnsinn wie super die schwimmen und tauchen koennen.

And the kids got to splash around at the SplashPad - und im Wasserpark haben sie sich dann auch noch austoben duerfen.
